JENNIFER RUSSOTIESI
Jennifer Russotiesi is a fitness & nutrition enthusiast, health & wellness life coach, licensed mental health care provider, and educator. Jennifer's clinical expertise, combined with her extensive leadership experience allows her to equip individuals with strategies and skills to level up maximizing mental and physical stamina. Concentrating on an inside out holistic, goal driven, and solution focused approach, Jennifer utilizes problem solving skills to empower her clients to conquer challenges, manage stress, create balance, and live their best life. She believes that focusing on the health and wellness of the MIND, BODY and SOUL is the only way to accomplish this.
Jennifer earned a bachelor's degree in education with a psychology minor from Northeastern Illinois University (2002) a masters degree in teaching and leadership from St. Xavier University (2005) and a masters degree in counseling from Lewis University (2014).In addition to a health and wellness life coach, Jennifer is an experienced mental health care provider, student advocacy specialist, diagnostic resource consultant, positive behavior intervention specialist, social emotional learning facilitator, and health and wellness coordinator.

Someone with a healthy mind keeps the brain exercised regularly, and stress and worry are kept at bay by choice. Positive thoughts, gratitude, and a feeling of joy are present, and there is a thirst for knowledge and learning. Just like the brain requires sleep every night, the brain also requires things to think about and to ponder.

A healthy body naturally wants to move and seeks activity. Maintaining physical health also includes keeping regular checkups with your primary care doctor. Bodily health is made possible by a healthy diet, good nutrition, and regular exercise.

A healthy soul is being centered and having an understanding that you are part of something much bigger than yourself. Facilitating a healthy soul includes being part of a community to share yourself with others, and to give without expecting anything tangible in return. A healthy soul requires love.
