What Are You Thinking?

What do you think about...?  Please tell me your opinion...? Do you think…? How do you feel about…?  Share your thoughts about…?  What were you thinking when…?

What the HELL are you thinking...literally what are your thoughts? 

This is a scary question. Lord knows that if there was a device or person who could read my thoughts, I’d be in trouble. It takes a conscious effort, and it’s my job to challenge and curb my thoughts. Because of this, I’ve become very aware of what I choose to fuel my mind with. The human brain is a muscle just like glutes (yes, I’m talking about your booty), biceps, and abs.  If we want our brains to be healthy, strong, and positive we need to fuel, train, and work it out to be just that. What we feed our mind and our inner dialogue matters. Just like anything, it takes purposeful time, persistence, and patience.

I challenge you to consider: what are you reading, watching, and scrolling? Who and what are you surrounding yourself with?  The people and things you choose to surround yourself with shapes what you think, how you behave, and feel. If you continue to surround yourself with negativity, you will live in a negative state, that will be your norm.  If you make the choice to fuel your mind with positive people, information, and things you will live in a positive state. Your mind is powerful and you have control of where you allow it to go in all walks of life; in business, home, and social circles. Keep your negative thoughts and inner dialogue in check. Surround yourself with people and information that builds you up, guides your success, and helps to bring you to new heights.
